Description of Service
Radiant Reach provides a subscription-based business platform that may include website creation, CRM access, messaging tools, marketing automation, review management, and communication integrations.
Clients receive access to a platform dashboard and related tools necessary to manage their online presence and customer communications.
Subscription and Billing
Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.
The standard subscription fee is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed through promotional offers or custom arrangements.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
Canceling early does not entitle the client to a refund for unused time within the billing period.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Radiant Reach are final and non-refundable.
Services involve custom setup, website development, and platform activation which cannot be reversed once initiated.
Website Ownership and Platform Access
Websites created as part of the Radiant Reach service are hosted and maintained within the Radiant Reach platform.
An active subscription is required for the website and related services to remain operational.
If the subscription is canceled, access to the website and platform features may be suspended or removed.
Clients may request a website transfer or export for an additional fee, subject to technical feasibility.
Payment Failures
If a payment attempt fails, Radiant Reach may retry the payment.
If payment remains unpaid, the client’s access to the platform and services may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have already been delivered or activated.
Radiant Reach reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery, system usage, and agreement acceptance to payment processors in response to disputes.
Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, spam messaging, fraudulent communications, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
Radiant Reach reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
