These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Radiant Reach sp. z o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Radiant Reach provides a subscription-based business platform that may include website creation, CRM access, messaging tools, marketing automation, review management, and communication integrations.

Clients receive access to a platform dashboard and related tools necessary to manage their online presence and customer communications.

Subscription and Billing

Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.

The standard subscription fee is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed through promotional offers or custom arrangements.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

Canceling early does not entitle the client to a refund for unused time within the billing period.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Radiant Reach are final and non-refundable.

Services involve custom setup, website development, and platform activation which cannot be reversed once initiated.

Website Ownership and Platform Access

Websites created as part of the Radiant Reach service are hosted and maintained within the Radiant Reach platform. Clients receive a license to use the website as part of an active subscription — they do not acquire ownership of the website code, design, or technical infrastructure.

An active subscription is required for the website and related services to remain operational. If the subscription is canceled or expires, access to the website and platform features will be suspended or removed. Radiant Reach is not obligated to provide the source code or maintain the website outside of its platform.

If the subscription is canceled, access to the website and platform features may be suspended or removed.

Clients may request a website transfer or export only if all of the following conditions are met:

• An active subscription has been maintained for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
• All outstanding balances owed to Radiant Reach have been settled in full.
• A one-time transfer fee, agreed upon individually, has been paid.

Payment Failures

If a payment attempt fails, Radiant Reach may retry the payment.

If payment remains unpaid, the client’s access to the platform and services may be suspended without prior notice until the outstanding balance is settled in full.

Radiant Reach is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from a service suspension due to non-payment.

Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have already been delivered or activated.

Radiant Reach reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery, system usage, and agreement acceptance to payment processors in response to disputes.

Limitation of Liability

Radiant Reach shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to third-party server outages, DDoS attacks, or natural disasters.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Client's failure to comply with these Terms of Service.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services resulting from non-payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Reach's total liability to the client for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, spam messaging, fraudulent communications, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Additional Services

In addition to the standard subscription, Radiant Reach may offer optional one-time or recurring add-on services, including but not limited to additional pages, design work, technical integrations, or other services agreed upon individually with the client.

Additional services are subject to separate pricing and are agreed upon in writing (e.g., via email or quote) prior to delivery. Payment for additional services is due before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments for additional services are final and non-refundable once work has been initiated. The availability and pricing of additional services may change at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

Radiant Reach reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
